Something I Learned in Class

WHAT HAVE I LEARNED?!

What I learned in Mrs. D's class was how to persuade and negotiate on the things that I want. It is now more easier to negotiate with my parents. Now I just tell them what they want to hear to get the things that I want. Also I learned that when someone sends a negative message to you, you have the choice to be negative back or look at it as a positive message. I loved the class and learned many things from Mrs. D! Thanks Mrs D! Happy Holidays!!

My Dream Job

My Dream Job

My dream job for the future is to become a journalist. A journalist that travels all over the world. Journalists travel and explore for information. They are also very nosy people. I believe that I fit in that description! I love to travel! I love to write! Also I am a very nosy person! I want to be the journalist that is on TV! Always in the action! Always on the run! Danger everywhere! I believe that my adrenaline was made for this kind of career!

Peanut Butter and Tuna Fish sandwich?

What the heck?

Okay, I know what you are thinking. Crazy right? Who mixes Peanut butter with Tuna fish?
But honestly it is the best choice of snacking. Imagine eating two of your favorite foods, but this time, at the same time together. Imagine the possibility of your taste-buds bursting with excitement.

All you need is 2 pieces of bread (toasted), peanut butter, tuna fish mixed with mayonnaise.
You spread the peanut butter on one slice, then the tuna on the other slice. You could also add vegetables to the sandwich. Such as; tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lettuce, basically whatever you like. But me, I prefer it by itself. You have to try it! It tastes almost like chicken. There's no fishy weird taste to the sandwich. It's like a chicken sandwich, it fools your taste-buds.

Trust me, once you try it, you'll love it and will never look at food the same way, (In a good way). I remember when I first tried it. I was watching television and the actor stated he wanted to make this sandwich. Watching this made me kinda hungry. So I decided to do the same thing. Ever since that day, I fell in love with this sandwich.

So, what are you waiting for?! Go make this sandwich!!!!

Who am I?

Who Am I?

My name is Primavera Molina, my name actually has 3 different meanings. In Spanish, it means spring; in Hebrew, it means beautiful flower, and in Biblical Terms, it means a new beginning. But I just go by Mimi, just because it's easier to pronounce.

I was born on July 29, 1995 in Buffalo, New York. I am 19 years old, and I am the eldest sibling in my family. I have one little sister who looks up to me. My parents always wanted a boy, but ended up with 2 girls. But throughout all my years, my father always treated me like a son. He was always tough on me and would give me small pep talk such as, "Take it like a man". Whenever my dad isn't home, I would be the "Man of the house". Whenever there was a problem, my mom and sister would call me over to fix it.

My dad is the one who has gotten me into sports and music. I love baseball, my favorite team is the New York Yankees.

I have a great personality, I am very outgoing and friendly; I'm a very easy person to talk to. I will admit, sometimes I can be outspoken. I love making new friends; meeting new people is a great experience. It helps out my communication skills and tests out my friendliness. I like to be different and stand out. I am not ashamed of who I am, I gladly embrace how different I am. Throughout all my years of elementary and high school education, people noticed I was different. How?

Well, by simply dressing different and by speaking different; using proper words and not swearing words. Most of my friends wondered why I never wanted to dress like them or talk like them. It is because I was born and raised to be different; and not to be ashamed of who I am.  This is, Who I am.
